Cépage : Viognier, Chardonnay
Terroir : Minervois; area of extremely varied soils and landscapes, in this case mainly clay and limestone terraces, near the foothills of the Black Mountain, the soils are poor enough to cause naturally low yields. The climate is Mediterranean and marked by a water deficit, a high daytime heat and cooler nights due to the nearby high limestone plateau.
Vinification : Harvest at optimal maturity preserving freshness, slow pressing, light skin maceration, settling under cold temperature. Fermentation on fine lees led under strict controlled temperatures.
Tasting : This charming Viognier is an exquisite treat full of elegant floral aromas to be enjoyed in any circumstances. It will brighten your before dinner drinks and gourmet meals.
