Let’s get the party started

• Cépage : Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat Petits Grain
• Terroir : Coastal; east of Perpignan, 2 steps from the Mediterranean sea and right by the lakes, vineyards basking in the sun on a terrace of pebbles, where water is scarce and the wind quite frequent. The filtering soils ensure deep rooting for good nutrition of the plants.
• Vinification : Harvest at optimal maturity preserving freshness, slow pressing, light skin maceration, settling under cold temperature. Fermentation on fine lees led under strict controlled temperatures. Blending fresh and crispy Muscat d’Alexandrie with full and aromatic Muscat Petits Grains before bottling.
• Tasting : This elegant dry Muscat demonstrates both on the nose and in the mouth a beautiful balance of floral notes and juicy fruits, with a light smoothness. Equally appetizing with food or on its own.
